By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. About the product

Letters from England is a physical product sent by post.
Each order includes either:

• a one-time physical letter, or

• a monthly subscription

The content of each envelope may vary and can include letters, games, paper goods, stickers, prompts, and playlists.

2. One-time payment or subscription

We offer both one-time purchases and subscription options for our Snail Mail letters.

One-Time Purchase:
If you choose a one-time purchase, you will be charged once at the time of checkout. No recurring payments will be made.

Subscription:
If you choose a subscription, you agree to recurring payments according to the selected plan (e.g., monthly or multi-month subscription paid once). Payments will be automatically charged using your chosen payment method at the agreed intervals.

You may cancel your subscription by sending us an email marie@lettersfromengland.com at any time before the next billing date to avoid further charges. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable for the current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue subscription plans at any time. Customers will be informed in advance of any significant changes affecting active subscriptions.

3. Mailing schedule

Orders placed:

• before the 25th of the month will receive the current month’s letter

• from the 26th onward will receive the following month’s letter

All letters are prepared and sent manually with care by the end of the month.

Individual letters may be made available for separate purchase at a later date, at our sole discretion.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and postal services.

4. Shipping & address responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate mailing address.

If an envelope is returned or lost due to an incorrect address, reshipping cannot be guaranteed.

5. Refunds & cancellations

Due to the nature of physical, handmade mail:

• Orders cannot be refunded once a letter has been prepared or sent.

• Subscriptions cannot be partially refunded once started.
